We are looking for a colleague to join our Marketing & Sales team as Marketing and Client Relationship Manager. Your mission will be to sharpen and build brand awareness, increase high-value leads and improve customer relations through all available marketing tools.

- Strategy implementation and project management

- Campaign development, implementation and analysis

- Complaints management

YOUR PROFILE
Personal qualities
- Interesting, fun, creative, idiosyncratic
- Efficient, analytical, strong sense for organization, reliable, autonomous
- Sense for aesthetics, beauty, luxury
Professional qualities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or relevant field of study
- 3 years+ experience in marketing position (direct reporting to senior management without day-to-day management)
- Strong client focus, communication and soft skills
- Strong expertise in digital marketing
- Good knowledge in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva)
- Basic experience in video editing
- Analytical & business mindset: able to identify opportunities based on customer needs
- Experience with Google Ads & FB Business Manager
- Content production skills (or willingness to learn)
- Willingness to learn all about stone
- High proficiency in FR & EN is non-negotiable, LU is a strong plus
